Guest safety

We take the safety of all guests seriously and will wear a face covering in common area’s , we recognise that it is no longer compulsory for others to do this but we are grateful for the courtesy if guests continue to do this at this time .

We would like to reassure our guests that we take very strict cleaning protocols to make every stay with us safe and enjoyable. We have several stages of cleaning throughout the B&B.

Our dining area and entrance hall have a Hepa air purifier which uses a 7 stage filtration system to help keep the air environment safer. We have risk assessments in place in line with Government guidelines that require us to have assessed and put procedures in place to lower the risk to guests. Please be aware that we may refuse a stay with us if it compromises other guests safety. 

Additional Covid-19 T&Cs

Please be advised before booking that it will not be possible to self isolate or await the results of a test at our B&B owing to the layout of the building, it being our family home and the risk to us as hosts. Guests are advised to make arrangements to return home as safely as possible in line with government guidelines, where this is not possible owing to potential geographic restrictions for flights we reserve the right to refuse the guest booking. 

We regret we unable to refund the cost of your stay if you cancel within 7 days of your expected arrival date or during your stay, this includes notification by NHS aps or track & trace. We would advise you to have insurance in place to cover this. 

Should you present with Covid-19 symptoms during your stay you should return home. You need to tell us that you have tested positive or have symptoms.
